Where do we ship to?

We ship to almost any address in the world. Except PO boxes. Inquire with us on shipping charges.

 

When will my order arrive?

If the item is in stock, you will receive your order according to the table timeline below. If the particular item is not in stock, there may be a delay of 2-3 days, in which case we will contact you to inform. We ship using our preferred shipping partners for both domestic & international orders. After your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.

* Please note that an adult signature is required upon delivery of shipment. If there is no one present to collect the parcel, it will be sent to the nearest post office to await your collection. The courier will leave a note advising the contact details of the post office branch and address.

 

Orders Status
You may check your order status by logging into your Account and clicking on the Order History Details to view your status. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation e-mail. If 24 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please e-mail customerservice@dd-collective.com

Returns & Exchange
d.d collective is committed to 100% guaranteed customer satisfaction.

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt, providing the items are returned in perfect condition & in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please email us at customerservice@dd-collective.com to initiate your exchange & return your items to us by registered post (where tracking is available). All goods will be inspected upon return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that you package your returns carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We will not be responsible for any items returned to us in error.

We do not offer cash refunds. All returns will be given via store credit at the price of purchase with a 30-day validity from date issued.
