What is your Returns Policy?

Exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of your shipment and will be credited in the same form as they were paid. You may also exchange your items for other products or a gift voucher. Please note that items to be returned must be in good, sellable condition.


Please use registered post (with tracking) to ship your items back to us. Not sure which postal service to use? Contact us and we’ll be happy to help. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items.


Can I return for a size exchange?

Sales tax on shipping and handling, VAT, custom duties and taxes are beyond our control. All sales taxes and duties are subject to the destination country’s customs discretion.
