What Is The Policy If I Want to Refund or Exchange My Items?
● Items are eligible for return & exchange within 30 days from the receipt date.
● Items should be returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached. All goods will be inspected upon return.
● If your order contained any Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned.
● Sale items & accessories are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.

● Wrong design / colour

● Unable to submit the refund form
● Unable to exchange at physical stores
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that you package your returns carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We will not be responsible for any items returned to us in error.
